The Kemper York Company is in the business of restoration, preservation and enhancement of tile, stone, and masonry surfaces, specifically including marbles, limestones, granites, slates and cement pavers in high-end residential and commercial projects. Our goal is to create functional, quality surfaces which are both durable and architecturally beautiful.

This is accomplished through our expertise in color-enhancement processes, oil and water resistant sealers, stone densifiers, penetrating and film coatings, slip resistant treatments, and stripping old surfaces when necessary. Further, the Kemper York Company pays special attention to the environmentally sound recovery of all pollutants and other unwanted substances during the process of all work performed. This includes all graffitti and unwanted film coating.

For the greatest outcome of all work performed, the Kemper York Company is dedicated to the constant researching and testing of new products. Likewise, at the close of all projects, ongoing maintenance procedures are provided for in-house personnel. Whether consulting new projects, trouble shooting on renovation projects, or creating new surfaces during the installation phase of construction, the Kemper York Company asks the questions, designs the necessary work, and selects the products which will create the surfaces sought after by the end user.
